About the role:
As Customer Engagement Specialist for Doctolib you will be in charge of creating impactful marketing campaigns to improve the overall satisfaction of our users (doctors, secretaries, assistants, …).
Passion for helping doctors improve their life and their patient’s is a must.
What you’ll do:
Partner with product management, data, UX, operations, sales, design and marketing functions to:
– Craft impactful campaigns, together with business owners, including segmentation, positioning, message, goal, design, tests and go live
– Engage with our doctors to educate them and their teams on how to best use the product, at scale
– Be a key contributor in the feature launch process and ongoing release cadence of top features/products for doctors and their teams, from ideation to launch and adoption
– Dive into the data of the marketing dashboards to drive your campaigns performance
– Automate most of your marketing campaigns to nurture our customers and users towards our satisfaction objectives
– Inspire the rest of the team with a compelling vision
Who you are:
– You have at least 2 years experience in product marketing or customer engagement for a health or tech company
– You understand the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage
– You’re eager to launch and drive adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key KPIs
– You have strong personal organization and project management abilities
– You’re comfortable to deal with both quantitative and qualitative insights to design your campaigns
