Working closely with our Head of Demand Generation and Website Marketing Manager, you will have a direct impact on Doctolib’s global growth. You will be in charge of improving the performance of our B2B website at a global level (info.doctolib.fr and info.doctolib.de), with the objective to generate as many inbound leads as possible.
– Improve the look & feel of our website, make design & UX recommendations and coordinate their implementation;
– Improve content of the website in order to optimize SEO strategy;
– Monitor on a daily basis main website & marketing metrics, and lead & implement initiatives for Conversion rate optimisation;
– Integrate of new features onto our website to accelerate conversion rate and the sales cycle;
– Define a landing page strategy and build landing pages for paid acquisition and marketing automation;
– Have a collaborative approach and work closely with Demand Generation specialists, Marketing Analysts, the Engineering, Product Marketing and Sales Strategy teams;
– You have at least a 2 year experience in website optimisation, design or marketing;
– You have a growth hacking mindset;
– You have an experience in UX, SEO and conversion optimization principles and methodologies (AB testing…);
– You have experience with Webflow or any other CMS tools and HTML/CSS;
– You have already worked with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize;
– English is mandatory, French / Spanish / Italian are a plus.
